About our Founders The founders of our Company are three long-lasting friends: Stratos Beretis, Kostas Kallergis, and Lefteris Kanavas who all grew up in the beautiful town of Rethymno situated at the north coast of the island in between the international airports of Chania and Heraklion. Stratos, Kostas, and Lefteris have known each other for more than 18 years and all are degree-level educated. Stratos studied Economics in the University of Rethymno, Crete and retains more than 16 years of experience in the tourist industry and local economy. He is also the Managing Director of a large hotel in Rethimno and well versed in property letting. Kostas studied International Hospitality Management and earned his MSc on Tourist Management from the University of Strathclyde, UK. He specialises in selecting properties and land for sale and oversees our invaluable Partnerships. Lefteris retains a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth, UK. As a UK resident for almost 13 years, he is our Company's permanent 'voice' in the UK and he is responsible for understanding the needs of our UK Clients, describe to them the process of buying, and help them select properties to visit and view in Crete.
